We use AI in almost every part of the work, and people still make the decisions. As strategists, we use it to research faster and try more ideas before we commit to one. As developers, we use it to prototype quickly, write and test code, and work in areas where we'd once have needed a specialist. Thirty years of experience is still the part that knows what good looks like.

Security, UX patterns, database tuning, API design, and deployment all have best practices we no longer have to keep perfectly in our heads. We look them up and apply them to your situation as we work, which leaves more of our time for your actual problem.
